Law Center Moot Court Team Competes in Brooklyn

Students Brandon Chase and Jeremy Singer represented NSU’s Shepard Broad Law Center at the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition held Apr. 9-11 at the Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, N.Y.

This year’s competition marked the 25th anniversary of the competition, in which students from 36 schools competed over a three-day period. The competition was especially notable because Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. served as the chief justice in the final round of the competition along with Judge M. Margaret McKeown of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Justice Victoria A. Graffeo of the New York State Court of Appeals.
