It’s Never Too Late to Start Your Journey Towards Better Health and Fitness!

Group Fitness is the exercise of choice when it comes to working out at NSU. Classes are fun, motivating, and challenging for all fitness levels.

Not only can it help you to lose excess body fat, it can tone your major muscles, give you a renewed sense of “well-being,” and help protect you from cardiovascular diseases. There is no doubt that regular moderate exercise can help you look better, feel better, think better, and live longer.

The RecPlex now offers TEN new group exercise classes per week to meet your health and fitness needs!  The schedule now includes an early morning class every day of the week (M-F), two new aqua fitness classes, two additional spinning classes, and five additional yoga classes.

Please visit http://www.rec.nova.edu/fitness/, to learn more about exactly what group exercise has to offer!  We look forward to seeing you!

Some benefits of group exercise are:

  • Exercising with a group of your peers with the same fitness interests and goals
  • Stress relief
  • Lowered your risk of heart disease

With more than 40 classes offered each week, group fitness is motivating, engaging, and never dull!
