Free Tobacco Cessation Programs
The NSU Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Program and the Healthy Lifestyles Guided Self-Change Program offer group and individual programs designed to motivate and help tobacco users prepare to quit, select a quit date, and learn strategies and skills to quit and stay tobacco-free. FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges) will be provided to eligible participants while supplies last.
Quit Smoking Now Program:
Quit Smoking Now is a FREE 6-week tobacco cessation group.
Registration now open for the following group:
Mondays, July 14 – August 18, 2014, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Group will meet every Monday for 6 weeks (July 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18)
Individual Tobacco Cessation Programs:
Six individual sessions, by appointment only.
