Improve your technique at NSU’s Free Swim Clinics, April 19

600px--RecWell--FreeSwimClinicWe pride ourselves on giving you unique advice for your swim stroke designed for whatever your build, experience, and speed. We can be specific to your needs because of our deep understanding of each stroke and proven experience of improving past participants over the years.

As you’d expect, parts of our teaching and technique advice are common to all good coaches teaching freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and/or butterfly – that’s because the common techniques work!

However, there’s also plenty of unique NSU Aquatics insight on these workshops, which isn’t so common! This includes our pioneering techniques for breathing, curing cross-overs, improving body roll, preventing shoulder injury, rhythm, timing and feel for the water.

We’ll teach you the latest, most effective methods to develop your stroke, specific to your needs, your ability, and your body type.

SO JOIN US FOR SOME OF OUR FREE SWIM CLINICS BELOW:

Backstroke and Butterfly: Wednesday, April 19, 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

No cost associated with this event.
