Important Notice About Annual Open Enrollment, Ends Feb. 24
Benefits open enrollment concludes at midnight on Feb. 24, 2012 for plan year effective on April 1, 2012. In order to enroll, you must log into the enrollment website located at http://icubabenefits.org. If you have not previously registered for benefit enrollment, you will need your Social Security number, date of birth, and the company key which is ‘ICUBA’ in capital letters.
