Human Resources offers Free Employee Workshop on Resolving Workplace Conflict, March 20
Unresolved interpersonal conflict between workers in a workplace takes a significant toll on employees’ morale and productivity. The Office of Human Resources invites employees to attend a free workshop titled Managing Employee Conflicts through Workplace Mediation. This workshop trains managers, supervisors and leaders in an innovative mediation process applied to resolving conflict with employees.
