NSU’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship is pleased to announce a new Master of Public Administration (MPA) corporate cohort, which began in Jupiter, Fla. on Oct. 5. The group of 25 students will take classes together every Tuesday and Thursday evening at the Jupiter Police Department. The program was designed with a flexible format that allows the students to continue working full time and complete the MPA program in only 18 months. The cohort is projected to finish in March 2012.

(Left to Right) Chief Frank Kitzerow; Joseph Chavez, Ph.D., NSU Professor; George Dungee, NSU West Palm Beach Director; Captain Amy Fox; and James Miller, NSU West Palm Beach Assistant Director.

James Miller, Assistant Director for NSU’s West Palm Beach Student Educational Center headed the coordination of the MPA cohort. He worked in conjunction with officials from the City of Jupiter, Police Chief Frank Kitzerow, and Captain Amy Fox to develop the new program.
