Huizenga Business School hosts Business Education Day for Stranahan High School Students
Recently, the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship hosted a “Business Education Day” for a group of 18 business students from Stranahan High School.
Albert Williams, Ph.D., associate professor of Finance and Economics at the Huizenga Business School gave a mock-class lecture where he discussed investments, financial management, and banking. In addition to the mock lecture, Monica Moya-Paneque of the Huizenga School’s Enrollment and Student Service Office, led the group in a skill building challenge and shared with them the benefits of collaboration, leadership, and teamwork in business.
They also participated in tour of the NSU campus led by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and lunch in the Don Taft University Center food court.
