Huizenga Business School Awarded Educational Institution of the Year
The South Florida Chapter of the National Black MBA Association Inc. proudly presented the Huizenga Business School with their Educational Institution of the Year award. The award was announced at the NBMBAA’s holiday event on Dec. 16.
The Huizenga Business School has been a sponsor of the NBMBAA for the past two years, and hosted the organization’s Leaders of Tomorrow National Case Competition in June 2010. The two-day Leaders of Tomorrow event brought hundreds of high school students from across the nation to NSU’s main campus.
In addition to hosting the event, the Huizenga Business School also sponsors a Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship, which is a $4,000 one-time award given to an undergraduate freshman day-student enrolled or planning to enroll in a business program at NSU.
