HPD Hosts Annual Family Feud Tournament
: The victorious College of Pharmacy team, including Lincy Joseph, Lan Nguyen, Daniel Pearson, Alina Cruz, Levi Morris
The NSU Health Professions Division Multicultural Affairs Committee recently held its annual Family Feud style tournament pitting colleges and programs against each other in a HPD multicultural trivia battle. Prior to the event 100 HPD students were quizzed on HPD multicultural items and their answers were used in the game show style competition.
Eight HPD colleges and programs participated in the two-day tournament, including Dental Medicine, Medical Sonography, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Osteopathic Medicine, Optometry and Pharmacy.
The finals included the teams from Medical Sonography and Pharmacy, with Pharmacy taking the grand prize, which included a championship trophy to display for a year and a celebration event at Quarterdeck. Thank you to the students and faculty who showed up to support their respective teams.
