Home Health Care Employees Attend Customized Selling Program
Eight sales representatives and support staff from Value Care at Home, a Fort Lauderdale-based home health care company, recently attended a one-day workshop on “relationship selling” at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship’s Hudson Center of Entrepreneurship and Executive Education.
The course was customized for the company’s sales team and taught by Dena Hale, Ph.D., assistant professor of marketing for the Huizenga Business School. The workshop included group exercises and role playing in the Huizenga Sales Institute’s video recording rooms. The group had an overwhelming response to out-of-the-box thinking, and the sales manager said, “It was invaluable!”
