Hold Onto Your Power & Your Remote Control – Trigger-Proof Your Way to Success! Feb. 21

Led by author, psychologist, and educator, Gay Lynn Grigas, M.A., Psy., the Trigger-Proof Your Way to Success series will focus on solutions to common workplace problems. Presented as twelve easy-to-use “tools,” each seminar will provide strategies showing you how to change your responses to workplace “triggers.”

Offered as part of the Office of Human Resources’ “Workplace Learning and Performance” training programs, each seminar  is FREE and open to all NSU employees.
