HOLD-College of Dental Medicine Dean Elected as Delegate to National Science Organization
Linda Niessen, D.M.D., M.P.H., M.P.P., dean of the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, was recently elected as a council delegate representing the Dentistry and Oral Health Sciences Section of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). In this role, Niessen will serve a three-year term. The American Association for the Advancement of Science is an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing science for the benefit of all people. AAAS seeks to advance science, engineering, and innovation throughout the world and publishes the journal, Science.
