You can never be too Healthy! NSU’s Healthy Lifestyles Guided Self-Change Program is Available

The Healthy Lifestyles Guided Self-Change Program, which has been providing counseling for participants in NSU’s Biggest Loser contest for the last 3 years, is providing free services for university faculty, staff, and students.

Motivational counseling is available for a variety of lifestyle-related issues (e.g., eat healthier, exercise regularly, quit smoking, sleep better). These services, which are provided during the day and early evening, are only provided at the main campus in Davie.
