NSU Alumni Spotlight: HASS Alum is Named Vice President Public Systems at ICF International
Randy Rutledge, Ph.D., doctoral graduate of the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies (DCRS) in NSU’s College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS), has been named the Vice President of Public Health Systems, ICF International, Atlanta. ICF International provides professional services and technology solutions in thirteen markets, including health.
Prior her current position, Rutledge was the Lead IT Specialist/IT Project Manager at the Centers for Disease Control, Office of the Chief Financial Officer. She was also an Information Management Manager at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, and a Strategy and Operation Manager at Bearing Point Management & Technology Consultants. She has been an Informatics adjunct professor in the Department of Mathematics, Science, and Informatics at Mercer University. In addition to her doctoral degree from NSU, Rutledge holds an M.B.A. from the New York Institute of Technology, a B.S.A from Mercer University and completed the Executive Program on Leadership at Yale University.
