Halmos College Hosts 1st Mathematics Series Colloquium in 2018
On February 23, the Halmos College Department of Mathematics hosted Zejun Huang, Ph.D. for his talk, “Preserver Problems on Matrices”. Huang is a faculty member at Hunan University in the People’s Republic of China and a visiting scholar in the Department of Mathematics and the Georgia Institute of Technology. His talk presented some results on both linear and nonlinear preserver processes on matrices.
This talk was held in the Mailman Hollywood Auditorium. It was part of the Mathematics Colloquium Series hosted by the Halmos College of Natural Sciences and Oceanography Department of Mathematics.
