GSCIS Winter Working Paper Series Continues April 20
Virginia Commonwealth University Associate Professor Peter Aiken, Ph.D., presented his work titled “Use of the IEEE Codes of Conduct to Resolve Legal Disputes” during the continuation of the winter 2010 Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences Working Paper Series on Apr. 7.
The next forum meeting will take place on Apr. 20 at 10:30 a.m., where GSCIS assistant professor Peixiang Liu will present his paper, “Discovering Multiple Shortest Paths in Wireless Ad Hoc Networks.” The forum will be held in the Dean’s Conference Room, 4th Floor, Carl DeSantis Building.
Liu’s paper addresses the challenging research problem in routing wireless ad hoc networks. His paper proposes a novel routing scheme which can discover multiple shortest paths between a source and a destination so as to increase the resilience to node failure and network dynamics.
The forum is open to researchers with an interest in different aspects of computer and information sciences. For more information, please visit www.scis.nova.edu/workingpapers/.
