Great News! NSU is upgrading the Email Service to the Office 365 Exchange for all Staff, Feb. 1
Your account will be migrated from the NSU Exchange email platform to the Office 365 platform on Monday, February 1, 2016, from 12:00AM to 8:00AM. You may experience intermittent delays in email access and delivery during this time.
Migration Notes:
- All existing email messages will be automatically moved from your on premise Exchange account to your new Office 365 environment.
- Some folder rules may not carry over and you may need to recreate these rules
- PC users will only need to restart Outlook when prompted after the account has been moved
- Mobile devices and MACs will need to be updated with the following information:
- E-Mail address: Enter your email address (e.g. jdoe@nova.edu)
- Password: This is your email password
- User Name: This is your email address (e.g. jdoe@nova.edu)
- Domain: Leave Blank
- Server: outlook.office365.com

With Office 365, you have access to the upgraded web-based email client called Outlook Web Access (OWA) that provides improved functionality, including the ability to use Skype for Business with other Office 365 users. The address for the OWA service is http://sharkmail.nova.edu/.
