Free Seasonal flu shots for NSU employees, Oct. 31
The Office of Human Resources in conjunction with the NSU Wellness Committee, the Health Professions Division and ICUBA will provide free seasonal flu shots to employees again this year. We are providing four convenient ways for employees to obtain a flu shot, so arm yourself and stay healthy!
On-site Employee Clinics:
Free seasonal flu shots are available to all employees at the on-site clinics; you don’t need to be covered under the NSU/ICUBA medical plan. ICUBA Plan Members please bring your Catamaran Pharmacy Card.

Don Taft University Center Multipurpose Room I
Any In-Network Pharmacy Location
Employees who are covered under the NSU/ICUBA medical plan and work off-site or on-site employees who wish to obtain a flu shot before the clinics begin can obtain a free flu shot at any participating in-network pharmacy location (excluding Take Care Clinics). This can be done by presenting a Catamaran Prescription ID card. You can visit www.mycatamaran.com to find a participating in-network pharmacy location.
Physician’s Office
Employees who are covered under the NSU/ICUBA medical plan can also obtain a flu shot from an in-network physician. The flu shot is free however; office visit co-payments and co-insurance will apply to the visit.
NSU Health and Wellness Expo on Wednesday, October 29
At the NSU Health and Wellness Expo, covered employees under the NSU/ICUBA medical plan can obtain a flu shot at the Walgreens booth. Non-covered employees can obtain their flu shots at the NSU Pharmacy booth.
