Free Diabetes Education Series – Participants Needed
Do you or someone you know have Type 2 Diabetes? Take better control today and join a free diabetes self-management education series sponsored by an NSU Quality of Life Grant.
This program offers information on nutrition, lifestyle, medications, exercise, and motivation techniques through an inter-professional approach. Participants get to follow their progress and receive program incentives to get on the right track to better health. New classes are beginning soon.
