OHR to host Free Development Workshops for NSU Employees
Nova Southeastern University’s Office of Human Resources will host three free dynamic development workshops for employees at the end of March. The first workshop, Behavioral Style Interviewing, will be offered on the main campus Wednesday, Mar. 21. This workshop will teach participants how to structure an interview to elicit the needed skills for a job, utilizing past behavior as a predictor of future performance.
The second workshop, Conduct Successful Meetings, will be offered on the NSU’s North Miami Beach campus Thursday, Mar. 22. In this workshop, participants will explore tips and strategies that result in meetings that are productive and efficient.
The third workshop, Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact, will be offered on the main campus on Wednesday, Mar. 28. In this workshop, participants will learn how to communicate assertively to get their message across without offending or dominating others.
