Fort Myers Spreading Joy to Lee County

On Dec. 2, students at NSU Fort Myers brightened Christmas for some young students at James Stephens International Academy (JSIA). JSIA students were able to submit wish lists to Santa and NSU Fort Myers students responded by renewing the Angel Tree gift drive and donated gifts to 27 children ranging from ages 6-12.

Those who helped with the efforts include NSU Fort Myers Student Government officers, as well as students from the Nursing program.

This has been the second year that the Student Government Association has partnered with the James Stephens International Academy to run the Angel Tree Drive. For more information on NSU Fort Myers’ community partnerships, or to get involved with the Student Government Association, please contact Sholondo Campbell, Coordinator of Student Affairs at SAFortMyers@nova.edu.
