Florida History Maven Beth Brickell Featured at MoAFL’s July Book Mixer

The Museum of Art I Fort Lauderdale’s ‘Art of Literature Series’ Announces its July 21 Book Club Mixer, which will feature Florida history maven Beth Brickell.

Come to a wonderful literary evening, hosted by Books & Books and the Museum of Art, and hear about the discoveries and struggles of this State’s early pioneers who helped make South Florida what it is today.  Our special guest is Hollywood writer and director Beth Brickell, whose newest book is called William and Mary Brickell:  Founders of Miami and Fort Lauderdale.  While speaking with Beth, you will enjoy a selection of fine wines and fabulous hors d’oeuvres.

Beth Brickell will be available for book signings immediately following her talk between 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
