Fischler School faculty member publishes paper

Stanley D. Truskie, Ph.D., program professor at the Abraham S. Fischler School of Education, has written a paper that has recently been published on the site of Consulting Psychologists Press (CPP).  The paper, “Coaching Transformational Leaders with the Myers-Briggs Assessment for a High-Performance Organizational Culture,” can be accessed by clicking the link, https://www.cpp.com/PDFs/CoachingLeaders MBTI.PDF.

The paper is a follow-up to a webinar that Truskie presented on the topic through CPP in February 2011. CPP is best known for the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator assessment.  Their clients include many Fortune 500 companies, as well as educators, government agencies, and training and development consultants.  CPP’s products have served millions of individuals in more than 100 countries.
