Fischler College of Education to Host Child Protection Conference, Feb. 22

NSU’s Abraham S. Fischler College of Education (FCE) is hosting The Child Protection Conference: Building Resilience in Changing Times. The free conference will be held on Friday, February 22nd at NSU’s Don Taft University Center Performance Theatre.

Ronald L. Book, Chairman of the Lauren’s Kids Foundation, will serve as the Key Note Speaker. Additionally, the conference will feature FCE Assistant Professor of Sociology, Social Work and Criminal Justice, Grace A. Telesco, Ph.D., Co-Commander of the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children, Sgt. Thomas Mclnerney, and Tony Sparks a retired military patriot and co-founder of the Non Profit, Phantom Rescue.
