FCE Graduate Publishes Two Books on her Dissertation Research
Shelly Cameron, Ed.D, a graduate of NSU’s Abraham S. Fischler College of Education, is a published author of works that include Success Strategies of Caribbean American Leaders in the United States: Why Some Individuals Succeed While Others Don’t and Success Strategies Workbook.
Both books reveal the findings of Shelly’s research and dissertation, and aim to help those who are struggling after immigration. Her research was published in the Journal of American Academy of Business (JAABC) under the title “The Leadership Challenge”. The study explored the hidden secrets of top successful Caribbean American Leaders.
A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Hospitality Human Resource Associations of Broward County (HHRABC), and the Institute of Caribbean Studies in Washington DC, Shelly graduated in 2013 with a Doctorate in Education, majoring in Organizational Leadership.
