FCE Graduate Appointed Superintendent of Cape Coral Charter School System
Jaquelin Collins, graduate of NSU’s Abraham S. Fischler College of Education (FCE) has been appointed the new superintendent of the City of Cape Coral Charter School System. She earned her M.S. in Educational Leadership with FCE in 2009.
Collins’ robust charter school system has more than 3,500 students and supporting staff, spanning four schools and two campuses. Prior to her appointment as superintendent, Jacquelin served as the interim superintendent, and before that, she was one of the charter school’s principals. Collins joined the system as an elementary teacher in 2006.
