FCE Attends the Broward County Council of Teachers Annual Mathematics Extravaganza
NSU’s Fischler College of Education (FCE) recently participated in the Broward County Council of Teachers of Mathematics (BCCTM) Annual Mathematics Extravaganza on November 7.
The annual event was held on NSU’s Ft. Lauderdale Campus in the Carl DeSantis Building. Around 150 Broward County Mathematics Teachers, from public and private schools, including a large percentage of Fischler alumni, the BCCTM Board, and Broward County Mathematics Curriculum supervisors were in attendance.
FCE was able to showcase and highlight various degree programs being offered at the Fischler College of Education. The current president of the BCCTM Board, Joan O’Brien, is a doctoral candidate at FCE.
The following faculty, administrators, and staff members who represented and assisted FCE, as well as visited with the Broward County mathematics teachers are:
