Employee Discounts Available for MSC Exploration Camp: Session Three Starts July 25
In less than a month, NSU’s Mailman Segal Center (MSC) will be bustling with a summer vibe when Summer Exploration Camp begins. For children between the ages of two and five years old, camp is focused on hands on exploration and learning. While it’s open to anyone in the community, there is a discount for children of NSU employees.
Summer Exploration Camp features an outdoor art studio, an interactive water-play fountain, unique playgrounds, as well as classrooms equipped with developmentally appropriate learning materials and activities for preschool children to enjoy. The focus is on creating, exploring, discovering, laughter, singing, and dancing.
For children who are starting kindergarten in the fall, there’s a special Kindergarten Exploration Camp. This program combines the literacy-based activities to foster and further develop the math, science, and reading skills needed for school with camp activities such as weekly special Kindergarten Camp events, skill building sports, yoga, cooking, and water activities.
Camp enrollment is limited and slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Both full and half-day spots are available. Children bring their own lunches but snacks are included as part of camp tuition.
The three-week sessions are:
- Session three – July 25- August 12
