Economics Professor Shares Expertise on Local Radio Stations
Albert Williams, Ph.D., assistant professor of finance and economics at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, was a guest on a local radio show that aired on May 16 on three radio stations: Majic 102.7 FM, 790 AM, and Lite 101.5 FM.
Williams discussed the unemployment situation in the U.S. and Florida, the stock market glitch, the economic impact of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and the volcano in Iceland, the impact of the debt crisis in Greece on the EU and the U.S., and the housing situation in Florida. By serving as an expert source on various key issues that are currently impacting the U.S. economy, Williams helped to increase awareness for NSU and the Huizenga School while also providing a valuable service to the community.
