Eating by the Rainbow – A way to get a variety of vitamins, minerals and more!

Eating by the colors of the rainbow are one way to ensure a wide variety of nutrients; vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals to keep ourselves in the best of health. Fresh produce from Florida provides us with the ability to do that.
