E-Maint Data Migration scheduled; System will NOT be Accessible on May 28
During the month of May, Physical Plant and OIIT departments will be upgrading the work order system (E-Maint). This data migration is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, during which time the E-Maint system will NOT be accessible.
As we expect the migration to be conducted during the entire work day, work orders should be completed and submitted prior to May 28. The system should be back up and accessible on Friday, May 29.
If there is an urgent matter or an emergency that occurs on May 28, please contact the Physical Plant call center at 954-262-8800. Emergencies will be dispatched and work orders can be submitted after the fact.
