The Florida Humanities Council and NSU invite you to a special screening of Florida: Choosing the Future, a documentary featuring Florida leaders on issues of concern to Floridians. Following the film, panelists will lead a discussion with the audience. The Honorable Bob Graham, former state governor and U.S. Senator, will be one of the speakers. The event will be held on Oct. 27, 10:00 am – noon in the Rose & Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center on NSU’s main campus.
Panelists include:
- Honorable Bob Graham, former state governor and U.S. Senator
- Helen Aguirre Ferré, op-ed writer for Diario de las Americas, radio host at WQBA, and moderator of the program Issues on WP’BT
- David Colburn, executive director of the Askew Institute for Politics and Society.
The event is free and open to the public.
