Doc Hersey Leadership Event Draws Two Hundred to Miniaci Performing Arts Center

Doc Hersey Event in the Miniaci Performing Arts Center

The H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship hosted Paul “Doc” Hersey, Ed.D., internationally renowned behavioral scientist and founder of The Center for Leadership Studies. Hersey conducted a well-attended executive briefing of his popular leadership model, “Situational Leadership®.” The briefing, which was open to the South Florida business community, was held on NSU’s main campus in the Miniaci Performing Arts Center.

Participants left the presentation with a better understanding of Doc Hersey’s leadership model, how to analyze different management styles for unique situations and employee styles.
