Shark Dining is always in search of new ways to provide our diners with healthy food options. Whole+Sum is an exciting new concept designed to serve great tasting food that happens to be good for you! Energize your day with delicious, nutrient packed, 600 calorie-or-less meals that feature Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Latin American, and Asian cuisines alongside American favorites.
Whole+Sum offers you the opportunity to create-your-own meal with the perfect balance of vegetables, whole grains and protein. Choose a bowl with three options or a plate with four, each having the same nutritional profile:
600 calories or less
20 grams total fat or less
5 grams saturated fat or less
600 mg sodium or less
Whole+Sum is offered twice weekly for lunch at Culinary Table in the Don Taft University Center. Each week features a different cuisine, freshly prepared daily. Stop by and fuel your body with fun, custom foods that make you feel great!
