Cross Country Teams End Regular Season at Florida State Invitational

The NSU cross country teams ended the regular season schedule last week at the Florida State Invitational. Outside of NCAA Division I teams, the Sharks placed third on the women’s side while the men placed sixth.

Alexandria Palm broke her own NSU record in the women’s 5K event by one second. She placed seventh with a time of 18:26.28. Palm will look to defend her crown at conference in two weeks. On the men’s side, Timo Kilp had his best meet of the season. Kilp set his personal best time in the 8K by finishing in 26:08.47. His time solidifies him as one of the ten fastest runners in program history. Complete Release
