CPS Graduate Student Selected to Present at Special Session during APA Convention
Sarah Nelson, a Psychology Trainee at the Center for Psychological Studies, was selected as one of only 15 graduate students across the country to participate in a special session at the 2012 American Psychological Association’s Annual Convention. Sponsored by the APA Board of Scientific Affairs, the primary advisory body to the APA Science Directorate and the APA Science Student Council, Nelson will present her work on Rural vs. Urban Domestic Violence Shelters: Targeting Best Services Practices. The Convention will be held Aug. 2-5 in Orlando, Fl.
