CPS Faculty, Staff & Doctoral Students Present During the Annual Convention of the Association for Behavior Analysis International

Presenters from NSU at ABAI 2013




NSU had a significant presence during the 39th annual convention of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). Eight NSU doctoral students in the Ph.D., and Psy.D., programs at the Center for Psychological Studies (CPS) attended the convention.  Five of the group gave a total of eight oral presentations or poster presentations.

These five students received financial support from CPS to attend the convention.  In addition, four staff members and trainees from Mailman Segal Center for Human Development (MSC) attended or were co-authors of these papers.  All attendees were also invited to attend the annual banquet for the Society of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior where leaders of the field convene socially to honor exceptional contributions to the field over the past year. The annual convention and professional/scientific association is the foremost gathering of basic and applied researchers in behavior analysis.
