The revolutionary Center for Collaborative Research (CCR) project is being constructed for NSU by ANF Group, Inc. This project is a ground up construction of a 6 story, 216,522 square foot building on our main campus in Davie, Florida. The CCR will house an IBM supercomputer, one of Florida’s largest wet labs, the NSU Technology Incubator and some of the world’s most accomplished researchers.
We are proud to say that this project has been registered with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and will be pursuing LEED Silver Certification. In addition, the facility is being built using Business Information Modeling (BIM) Practices.
