Patricia Gaffney, Au.D.
Patricia Gaffney, Au.D., associate professor of Audiology, received the American Academy of Audiology 2018 Editor’s Award for outstanding contributions for peer review of the Journal of the American Academy of Audiology (JAAA). The editors of the JAAA, Devin McCaslin, Ph.D. and Gary Jacobson, Ph.D., nominated her for this award.
Gaffney has been a reviewer since 2016, reviewing research submissions in the areas of vestibular science, academic/clinical teaching, and hearing loss. She received the award at the annual Honors and Awards of the Academy Banquet at the annual conference of the American Academy of Audiology held in Nashville, TN.
