Computer Sciences School to Host IT Palooza Holiday Event, Dec. 12

NSU’s Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences is sponsoring IT Palooza – South Florida’s Tech Party, on December 12. The event will bring 50 tech groups across South Florida for networking and holiday cheer on NSU’s main campus.

Various breakout sessions will take place from 2:00 to 6:00 pm from industry sponsors. An “All-day Hackathon” for Windows 8 and Windows 8 Phone will take place from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Local companies will be hosting a job opportunities room to promote their company’s hiring needs and will meet potential candidates on the spot.

A Keynote and Panel Discussion on IT Internships will occur from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
