Computer Sciences School Faculty Achieve Journal Ranking from Australian Government

NSU Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences professor Yair Levy, Ph.D., is the Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Doctoral Studies (IJDS). School faculty Steve Terrell, Ph.D., Martha Snyder, Ph.D., Timothy Ellis, Ph.D., and Marlyn Littman, Ph.D. also serve on the publication’s editorial board.

All were recently honored for their hard work when the 2010 Australian Government Excellence in Research for Australia Initiative Ranking came out. The IJDS was ranked as a “B,” exceeding the rank of many well-established information system journals.

IJDS provides peer-reviewed scholarly articles on a wide variety of issues in doctoral studies using the Informing Science framework. The journal is published in print annually in a single volume by subscription, and its articles also appear online at http://www.ijds.org/.
