Computer Sciences School Alumnus Publishes Dissertation in Journal of Digital Forensics, Security and Law

Gary Kessler, Ph.D., a graduate of NSU’s Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences (GSCIS), published a paper titled “Judges’ Awareness, Understanding, and Application of Digital Evidence,” which is based upon his dissertation, in the Journal of Digital Forensics, Security and Law.

Kessler is currently president of Gary Kessler Associates, a training and consulting company specializing in computer and network forensics and security. In addition, he is currently Interim Associate Program Director of Academics at Norwich University and is an advisory board member of the Vermont Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Internet Crimes Task Forces.

Kessler completed his Ph.D. in Computing Technology in Education in 2010 with his doctoral dissertation under the guidance of GSCIS Professor Marlyn Kemper Littman, Ph.D.
