Computer & Information Sciences School Hosts TechConnect, Aug. 29

The Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences (GSCIS) will host TechConnect, a networking event for the IT community in the Library Gallery, second floor of the Alvin Sherman Library on Aug. 29 at 6:00 p.m.
GSCIS invites students, staff, faculty and alumni to network with IT industry leaders and professionals, make connections with GSCIS, and learn about the exciting initiatives going on at the school.
Hugo Alvarez, chief technology officer at Nova Southeastern University, will provide a special presentation on “IT in Higher Education and Where It Is Headed in the Business World.”
