Circle of Friends Presents Author of Book on Cultural Changes in the Seminole Tribe, Feb. 26

The Circle of Friends of NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library, Research and Information Technology Center, presents Julian M. Pleasants, professor emeritus of history at the University of Florida, who will speak about his award winning book, Seminole Voices – Reflections on Their Changing Society 1970-2000.

Pleasants’ book explores the cultural evolution of the Seminole Tribe. His talk will take place on Sunday, Feb. 26 from 2 to 4 p.m. in Room 3018 on the Third Floor of the Alvin Sherman Library.
