Take Center Stage at NSU: Audition for Upcoming NSU Theatre Productions

Calling all aspiring actors, dancers, singers, and stage technicians: here’s your chance to take center stage at NSU! The Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences Division of Performing and Visual Arts will be hosting auditions on Aug. 26, for all on-campus 2010–2011 stage productions.


Auditions and interviews will be held in the Performance Theatre of the college’s Performing and Visual Arts Wing in the Don Taft University Center, from 4 – 8 p.m. Actors (non-singers) must prepare a monologue for their audition. Actors/singers and singers (non-actors) need to prepare a monologue and a song for an audition. Technicians will be interviewed by division faculty and staff members.

Auditions and interviews are open to all NSU students, faculty and staff members, and members of the community. No experience necessary. Callbacks for fall productions will be held on Aug. 27.
