The UM-NSU Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) is hosting an open house for its new Resource Room & Lending Library, in honor of Autism Awareness Month.
Join CARD in a day of information sharing, meet CARD clinicians, enjoy snacks, and browse the lending library and other resources.
The Open House will take place on Monday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the UM-NSU CARD Satellite Office, 6100 Griffin Road in Davie, 2nd floor.
The UM-NSU CARD, based at NSU’s Abraham S. Fischler School of Education, currently serves more than 5,000 families in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe. It provides free family support, outreach, and educational support services to children and adults of all levels of intellectual functioning who have autism and autistic-like disabilities.
