Cancer Research Is Making a Difference at NSU
During the month of October, NSU shines a spotlight on our Cancer Research initiatives. Housed in the state-of-the-art Center for Collaborative Research, these four centers are providing pioneering research for the NSU community.
The NSU AutoNation Institute for Breast and Solid Tumor Cancer Research is exploring new and innovative techniques for both prevention and treatment. The NSU Sarcoma Research group is focused on improvements in overall survival of patients with high-risk sarcomas, especially in children and young adults. NSU Rumbaugh-Goodwin Institute for Cancer Research is conducting groundbreaking research on new cancer therapeutics and powerful diagnostic methods for breast, bone, lung, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers. Finally, the NSU Cell Therapy Institute is dedicated to innovative, translational, biomedical research that is focused on the advancement of cellular therapies.
For a contribution of $50 or more to one of these research areas, donors will receive an exclusive cancer awareness shark pin. To give, text “NSU” to 41444 or follow this link for our online giving page: https://app.mobilecause.com/f/1b2q/n
