BELLY DANCING  Instructional Program

Belly Dancing lessons are back!  Beginning Jan. 24, our new Belly dancing instructor Nicole will begin teaching this six week course.  The class will meet once a week for 6 weeks on Thursdays at 7 pm.  There are so many benefits to taking this course! You will be learning a new dance that will teach you posture, flexibility, strength, endurance, and most importantly, self-confidence. Belly dance can also be seen as a workout that targets specific areas relevant to the woman figure.  Cost for the course is $50 for students, $65 for members of the RecPlex & $80 for non members.  For more information, please visit our website: Belly Dancing!  For any questions, please contact Mike Prociuk at Prociuk@nova.edu or 954-262-7305.  To register, please call 954-262-7301.

GOLF Instructional Program

Instructors Scott Roland, Jeff Butler and Chris Granger do a great job at fitting the needs of each individual golfer.  We will be offering Saturday morning  classes at 9 am and 10:30 am.  Classes will begin on Jan. 26.  Feel free to check out our web-site at Instructional Program Golf for a complete set of class dates, times, and prices.  Any other questions or inquiries can be directed to Mike Prociuk at 954-262-7305 or by email at prociuk@nova.edu.

Classes fill up fairly quickly and each class has limited space, so don’t hesitate to call or stop by the front desk of the RecPlex at 954-262-7301 to register.  A confirmation email will be sent to all registered participants before the start of the first class.
