Call for Nominations: Provost’s Research & Scholarship Award, Deadline Sept. 21
Provost Frank De Piano is pleased to announce a call for nominations for the Provost’s Research and Scholarship Award, to be presented at the annual External Funding Recognition Reception at Grande Oaks Golf Club on October 23, 2012. The purpose of the award is to recognize an NSU faculty member who has demonstrated significant achievement in support of NSU’s mission to foster scholarship, intellectual inquiry, and academic excellence. Research and scholarship are two of NSU’s core values, and excellence in these areas enhances education, patient care, and public service, and develops superior scholarship. This annual award recognizes distinguished accomplishments in the pursuit of research and scholarly activities across the academic disciplines.
The nomination process for the Provost’s Research and Scholarship Award allows for more than one nomination to be submitted by a nominator. For those who are interested in submitting more than nomination, please note that only one electronic nomination form may be created at a time in the system. Once a nominator has clicked “Submit” on the electronic form, it will be possible to start a new electronic form for a new nominee.
The electronic nomination form can be accessed through a link on the Provost’s Research and Scholarship Award webpage.
The deadline for submitting Provost’s Research and Scholarship Award nominations has been extended to Friday, September 21, 2012 at 5:00 pm, EST.
